Olae is a site-specific holographic installation that reinterprets the architecture of the courtyard and transforms it into a portal to a procedural world, flying through a virtual Olivier tree and imagined architectures of a new old town.
Projected onto a holographic & volumetric screen, the surrounding walls, and a composed lighting system merge to form a fully immersive spatial experience. Physical and virtual layers overlap, extending the architecture beyond its material limits and dissolving the boundaries between built form, vegetation and digital illusion.
