How we work

  1. 01First contactYou write, we answer within two working days. If the project is not for us, we say so and point you to someone else.
  2. 02Call or visitHalf an hour to understand the place, the audience, the date and what you already have.
  3. 03Rough budgetA range, early, so nobody wastes time. We work with the budget that exists, not the one we would like.
  4. 04ProposalOne or two directions, with references, a technical outline and a price. Free, no strings.
  5. 05Studio testsOnce the direction is chosen we build a small version in the workshop. Light, motors, water, code, whatever the piece needs.
  6. 06Site visitWe measure, we check the power, the rigging points and the sightlines. Most surprises are found here.
  7. 07ProductionFabrication and programming in our workshop in Geneva, with the content written for your exact space.
  8. 08AssemblyWe arrive with the crew and the gear, and we hand over a working piece, not a box of parts.
  9. 09The runWe stay for the opening and we are reachable for the whole run. A technician can stay on site if you need one.
  10. 10AfterDismantling, photo and video documentation, and the piece is stored so it can travel again.
